so here is the day after session for justin and michele's lovely greenhouse wedding. day after sessions are among my favorites as far as shoots i get to do. because it takes place on a day either before or after the wedding, its where you and i get that much more crazy and creative, without the stress, and without the trade off of missing out on your own wedding celebration. i offer these sessions in all of my wedding packages as well as a la carte. plug over.
now, instead of venturing into new territory, we actually returned to the scene of the crime ceremony, the lovely edwards greenhouse in Boise, ID. we didn't have much time to shoot just michele and justin the day of, so i was wayyy pumped to maximize the quaint cuteness of the greenhouse for one whole session.
behold.
starting bright is starting right.
the weirdest thing, justin looked away for like two seconds and when he looked back their was this lovely green plant growing out of his bike. magic.
michele was like, "i'm so glad i married a magic man."
...then we got serious
they call her michele the mesmorizer. they really do.
i let justin scoot in for a minute. barbie, ken anyone?
i'm kind of still not over how cool i think it is to get married in a greenhouse.
i won't get too crazy with the metaphors, but something about planting a seed and it growing, and love...you get the idea.
a little drama in the potted plant department.
love the feeling of this shot.
hello sun, i can handle you.
i have to hand it to the people at edwards greenhouse. they sure do know how to run an adorably quirky place. and michelle and justin sure do know how to work it.
green is my favorite color. these are some of my favorite shots from the day.
a change of scene, a change of mood...
here is my top, as in favorite favorite though.
lets not leave just in out, love these shots of him.
this one is open for interpretation.
this one's not, its just suh-weet.
.......and the loneliness ends
like this. ooh la la. second favorite shot of the day.
thanks so much michelle and justin, but really, big mega thanks goes to.....drum roll please.....michelle's MOM. yes it was BOBI ladies and gentleman, who was huffing and puffing, and adjusting Michelle's hair and dress in almost all of these shots. we all had a merry, merry, amazing afternoon together.
